Nursing a winter injury? At this time of year, many people return from the slopes with injuries. Amongst the most common injuries are those to the knee ligaments. The result may be swelling, pain, feelings of knee instability and joint clicking. You may also not be able move your knee properly or run. These injuries don't always resolve without help, and may be serious. Acupuncture is an excellent holistic way to treat injury and help bring your body back to balance.
